Bhubaneswar: August 27: Odisha registered 816 fresh Covid Cases in last 24 hours and Odisha’s total tally rose to 1004875. Out of 816 new cases, 106 are below 18 year’s old.
Of detected cases, 475 people were in quarantine and rest 341 are local contact cases.
764 persons have recovered from the disease yesterday and as of now, the recovered cases number reached 988854.
At present, active cases number remains at 8271.
69,585 cases tests have been done in last 24 hours and daily positivity rate stands at 1.17 per cent.
69 deaths were added to Odisha’s total death toll. So far, 7697 people have died in Odisha due to Covid-19.
