Nagpur/Bhubaneswar: A Mumbai bound Go Air flight from Bhubaneswar made a emergency landing at Nagpur taking after a bomb unnerve today.
Upwards of 155 travelers were board out of which 123 were from Bhubaneswar. Every one of them were immediately deplaned not long after the flight arrived in Nagpur.
The flight G8-243 had taken off from the Odisha capital at 8.20 a.m. furthermore, in the wake of getting the bomb danger was redirected to Nagpur in Maharashtra where it arrived at 9.29 a.m.
Later, the authorities confirmed it was a lie after the plane was checked and no suspicious object was found on the plane. After the pertinent exceptional status, the air plane was allowed to leave at twelve for the forward flight of the private transporter to Mumbai.
In the mean time, security checks have been increased on flights at the Biju Patnaik international Airport after the occurrence.
Airplane terminal authorities said a man identifying himself as Mohapatra called the authorities illuminating them about the vicinity of a bomb inside the flight. By preliminary investigation , the informer was from Bhubaneswar.
Police propelled operation to follow the caller’s location.
