Nagpur : India lost its T20 opening match of ICC World T20 by playing like a school team type game against New Zealand.

Although the Indian bowlers restricted the Kiwis at 126, Indian batsmen couldn’t defend it by playing irresponsible shots. Only skipper MS Dhoni and Virat Kohli scored 30 and 23 respectively of India’s total 79.

New Comer Santner bowled terrific spells and took 4 wickets by giving only 11 runs in 4 overs.

Team India collapsed only in 18.1 overs.
