Rustom-2 DRDO’s UAV Crash Lands in Karnataka


An Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) of the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) crashed on an agricultural land in Chitraguda district around 6 AM on Tuesday.

Loud noise was heard in the surrounding area and people flocked in numbers to see the ill-fated aircraft.

Police rushed to the crashed site and cordoned off the area. As per the police, test trial of Rustom-2 UAV failed and crashed on the ground. DRDO officials, too, rushed to the spot.
