The Supreme Court got fresh review petition against its Ayodhya verdict on Monday.
The review petition was filed by Jamiat Ulama-e-Hind against the construction of Ram temple at the disputed Ayodhya land.
The review petition said, there were errors in the apex court’s verdict.
The petition said, many legalities in the land matter were not taken into consideration and the grant of a different 5-acre land to the Sunni waqf board to build a mosque was not even challenged.
Earlier on November 9, the top court bench led by the former CJI Ranjan Gogoi had allowed construction of the Ram temple in the 2.77 acre Ayodhya land.
