Bhubaneswar: April 22: Odisha reported 6164 new Corona Positive Cases in last 24 hours. Of this, 3575 people were in quarantine and rest 2589 are local contact cases. With this, total positive cases in Odisha increased to 3,88,479 and out of that, 3,51,386 patients have recovered from the disease.
2009 patients have recovered from the disease yesterday only. Total active caseload in Odisha increased to 35,075.
Khurda District is the worst affected district with 1132 new cases, followed by Nuapada 459 cases, Kalahandi 452 cases, Sundergarh 427 cases, Cuttack 360 cases, Jharsuguda 355 cases, Puri 286 cases, Sambalpur 229 cases, Bargarh 236 cases, Bolangir 226 cases, Nawarangpur 207 cases, Keonjhar 205 cases, Jajpur 154 cases, Angul & Mayurbhanj 136 cases each, Ganjam 135 cases, Rayagada 105 cases, Nayagarh & Sonepur 99 cases each, Balasore 78 cases, Bhadrak 71 cases, Jagatsinghpur 63 cases, Gajapati 55 cases, Kendrapara 48 cases, Koraput 45 cases, Boudh 38 cases, Deogarh 31 cases, Kandhamal 23 cases, Dhenkanal 23 cases, Malkangiri 16 cases and 241 cases identified from State Pool.
