Bhubaneswar: August 31: Odisha reported 638 new cases in last 24 hours, taking State’s total to 1007750. Out of 638 new cases reported today, 110 cases are in-between 0-18 years of age.
Also, as informed, of 638 cases, 367 people were in quarantine and rest 271 are local contact cases.
843 patients have recovered from the disease in last 24 hours and total cases recovered so far from the disease reached 992473.
Active cases has declined further to 7,255.
57,280 samples have been tested in last 24 hours and daily positivity rate remains at 1.11 percent.
Khurda District reports 260 cases, which is highest among the districts and it constitutes 40 per cent of daily cases reported today.
