Red Rebels Kill One; Torch 3 Buses, 3 Trucks On Odisha-Chhattisgarh Border


Malkangiri: In a shocking incident, Maoists today killed a bus passenger suspecting him to be a police informer and torched three buses and same number of trucks at Dornapal in Chhattisgarh near Odisha border in Malkangiri district.

However, the identity of the deceased is yet to be ascertained.

According to available information, of the three buses, one was going from Malkangiri to Hyderabad and another from Jagdalpur to Hyderabad.

The armed ultras intercepted the buses near Dornapal and asked all the passengers to get off the buses. They dragged a passenger out of the vehicle and killed him. Later, they set fire to the three buses.

Besides, the red rebels way laid and torched three trucks passing through NH-30 and fled the spot.
