After the declaration of the first phase notification of polls and their constituencies on March 18 by the Election Commission of India (ECI), the second phase notification got unveiled by the election commission body for the April 18 elections on Tuesday.
The enrollment for the election candidature starts from March 19 and ends on March 26. The candidate list scrutiny date is March 26 and withdrawl of the applicant candidate timeframe is till March 29.
The second phase election has been announced for five Lok Sabha seats which are: Bargarh, Sundargarh, Bolangir, Kandhmal and Aska, while 35 assembly constituencies name have been rolled out.
The assembly constituencies which have been fixed a rearranged time limit from 7 AM to 4 PM are: Padampur, Bhatali, Raghunathpali, Banoi, Patnagarh, Kantabanji, Baliguda, G. Udaygiri, Phulbani, Kantamal, Boudh, Daspalla and Bhanjanagar.
Similarly, the assembly constituencies with the regular time line of 7 AM to 6 PM on April 18 are: Bijepur, Bargarh, Attabira, Brajrajnagar, Jharsuguda, Talasara, Sundargarh, Biramitrapur, Rourkela, Rajgangpur, Biramaharajpur, Sonepur, Loinsingha, Bolangir, Titlagarh, Polasara, Kabisuryanagar, Khallikote, Aska, Sorada, Sanakhemundi and Hinjili.
