Canberra: Team India got a sigh of relief after Australian openers David Warner and Aaron Finch were sent back to pavilion in the fourth ODI here at the Manuka Oval ground on Wednesday.
Both Warner and Finch played superb knocks up front which provided the Aussies a flying start.
Finch scored 107 before being dismissed by Umesh Yadav. It was a run-a-ball innings and he hit nine boundaries and two maximums.
However, Warner missed out to his century and got out on 93 as Ishant Sharma cleaned him up with a beauty.
Both the openers added 187 runs in 29.3 overs.
Currently, Mitchell Marsh and skipper Steve Smith are at the crease and Australia have already scored 274/2 in 43 overs. Smith is batting on 38 off just 22 deliveries, including three boundaries and a maximum while Marsh is on 28 off 37 balls.
