Indian pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar who suffered a hamstring injury in the India-victory Pakistan clash on June 16 will be out for the next 2 to 3 games in the ongoing 2019 World Cup tournament in England.
Kumar had to leave the cricket ground at the Old Trafford while bowling his third over.
The Indian captain Virat Kohli said at the post-match presentation ceremony on Bhuvneshwar Kumar, who will be out for the forthcoming 2-3 matches after he slipped on the footmarks. But Kohli further added, Kumar will be required in the latter stages of the World Cup.
However, Kohli named seamer Mohammed Shami as the able replacement for Kumar and added, Shami is keen to bowl.
