2 Missiles Hit Iran Oil Tanker off Saudi Arabia Coast


An Iranian ship was set on fire after two missiles struck the Sinopia oil tanker around 100 kilometres off Saudi Coast near the Jeddah port city on Friday.

Amid heightened tensions between US and Tehran, the missiles travelling through the Red Sea hit the oil tanker and damaged its two storerooms.

Oil has seeped from the missile-hit oil tanker into the Red Sea.

As per reports, all the crew members were safe in the explosion event and the damage to the oil tanker has been contained.

Earlier on September 14, two oil facilities of Saudi Arabia had been attacked.
