Bhubaneswar(Samaya Bureau): It is official now. While the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is leaving no stone unturned to strengthen the party to capture power in the next assembly election in the in 2019, several  leaders, one after another have started becoming vocal against its functioning.

The BJP’s  Rourkela MLA and  senior leader, Dilip Ray today alleged dilly-dallying by his own party-led government at the Centre and lambasted its apathetic attitude towards the Steel City.

Ray alleged that the Prime Minister Narendra Modi had himself promised construction of a second bridge over river Brahmani and upgradation of IGH, Rourkela, to a super-speciality hospital before the general elections and also aftet the party came to power at the Centre. However, both the projects have been kept in the cold storage,Ray lamented.  .

I must have met Modi seven times and the concerned ministers at the Centre for about 15 to 20 times to discuss the issues. Yet, things havenot moved in the right direction, Ray moaned.
