Bhubaneswar(Samaya Bureau): The Odisha Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (IDCO) has sent a show cause notice to Public Sector Undwertaking Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) for allegedly violating Paradip Refinery Project alleging it of violating land lease agreement and allocation terms and conditionsof its Paradip Refinery Project. IOCL has been asked to reply within IOCL within 15 days.
The approach road connecting National Highway No 5 to IOCL’s plant site which crosses through the Kujang road is used by general public for daily commutation. But IOCL is creating hindrances for public thoroughfare over the road, IDCO has alleged in the show cause notice.
