Odisha registers 364 new Corona Positive cases and 3 deaths in last 24 hours

India’s Active Caseload today stands at 4,08,977 and active cases now constitute 1.31% of the country's total Positive Cases.

Bhubaneswar: December 23: Odisha reported 364 new COVID-19 cases today. Out of which, 210 people were in quarantine and rest 154 are local contact cases.

As per the information of I & PR Department, on 22nd December,25 new cases have been detected in Angul district, 12 in Balasore, 16 in Bargarh,13 in Bhadrak, 22 in Bolangir, 21 in Cuttack, 2 in Gajapati, 7 in Ganjam, 4 in Jagatsinghpur, 8 in Jajpur, 10 in Jharsuguda, 5 in Kalahandi, 12 in Kendrapara, 13 in Keonjhar, 42 in Khurda, 3 in Koraput, 26 in Mayurbhanj, 9 in Nawarangpur, 1 in Nayagarh, 11 in Nuapada, 11 in Puri, 1 in Rayagada, 15 in Sambalpur, 1 in Sonepur, 64 in Sundergarh and 10 cases from State Pool.

So far, 3,27,279 Corona Positive Cases have been found in Odisha and of this, 3,22,344 patients have recovered from the disease. At present, 3036 cases are active in State.

As per the tweet of H & FW Department, 3 persons died due to the infection in last 24 hours while under treatment in hospitals. As reported, one each from Bhubaneswar, Balasore & Sundergarh have succumbed to the disease.
