A 12-year-old girl was raped and killed by a unidentified individual in Nawabganj zone, police said today.
The minor was raped and strangulated to death when she had gone with her mother to work in a field yesterday, they said.
Deputy Inspector General Ashutosh Kumar said that three groups have been constituted to explore the case.
