Cuttack: Commissionerate Police on Wednesday produced captured dreaded criminal Sushant Dhalasamant before the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate (SDJM) court here regarding 12 criminal cases, including the homicide case of his two partners Om and Dipu.
The police brought the feared criminal from Jharpada circle correctional facility in the midst of tight security and produced him before the SDJM court here.
According to sources, Sushant was produced in person after he failed to appear before the court via video conferencing from the jail due to a technical snag.
The court asked the Commisionerate Police to produce Sushant before it again on May 17, sources added.
Prior to this, Sushant was also produced before the court in person.
