Bhubaneswar: October 4 : 407 new Covid Positive cases were found in Odisha in last 24 hours. In the same time period, 606 patients have recovered from the disease. With this, total Covid +Ve cases in Odisha (since the beginning of pandemic) increased to 10,28,366 and out of that, 10,15,018 recoveries reported so far.
Active Caseload declined to 5075.
Of 407 new cases, 238 people were in quarantine and rest 169 are local contact cases. 74 cases are under 18 years of age.
6 more deaths have been registered and total deaths due to Covid-19 reached 8220.
64,419 tests have been done in last 24 hours. Daily Positivity Rate stands at 0.62 per cent.
12 districts of Odisha do not have single case today. Khurda reported 167 cases, which is highest among districts.
