The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi on Thursday turned the table after the Congress leaders gave scathing remarks at the ruling BJP government after the arrest of former Union finance Minister P Chidambaram on August 21.
Led by Naqvi, the BJP minister said, the Congress has turned corruption into a revolution.
He added, the revolution was against corruption, now corruption has turned the tide into a revolution.
Earlier in the morning, Congress spokesperson Randeep Surjewala attacked the BJP government of using the CBI and ED to take revenge on the Congress party.
Meanwhile, P Chidambaram has been produced before the CBI special court and the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has appealed for 5-day custody for the former Union FM Chidambaram.
