Rayagada: In a savage road mishap, three persons killed while one was severely harmed after a motorbike on which they were voyaging smashed into a bridge and fell unto a rail track. The episode occurred in Anguru town under Chandili Police limits in Rayagada.
The perished have been identified as Pawan Tandi, Kiran Himirika and Diba Melka of Ketapeta range. The harmed has been shifted to Rayagada district hospital where his condition is reportedly steady.
The accident occurred in the wee hours of Monday when the four persons were returning home after watching a play in Antamal.
Their bike rammed into a bridge killing three on the spot. According to preliminary investigations, the bike lost balance while at high speed and fell off the bridge after crashing into it.
