Bhubaneswar: The Bhubaneswar-Cuttack Twin City police today issued look out circular against two directors of Panda Infra Projects, the company that was executing the construction work of Bomikhal flyover in the state capital a part of which collapsed September 10 killing one person and injuring as many as 17 others.
The look out circular has been issued against Sujata Panda and Santosh Panda, family members of Panda Infra Projects head Pratap Panda, who have been on the run from the moment the tragic incident occurred, Commissioner YB Khurania informed the media.
The owner of Panda Infra Projects Pratap Panda was sent to judicial custody for 14 days after rejection of his bail plea by a local court.
He had surrendered before Bhubaneswar DCP Satyabrata Bhoi on September 11 after which he was taken into custody for interrogation.
Worth mentioning, a criminal case has been registered against Pratap Panda, Sujata Panda and Santosh Panda, three members of the Board of Directors of Panda Infra under Sections 304, 337, 338 and 34 of IPC at Laxmi Sagar police station.
