Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today flagged off the Skill Caravan journey programme launched by the government and laid the foundation stone of an ITI for PWD at Jatni near here.
The project cost of the ITI has been pegged at Rs 16 crore which would have a special hostel for girl students. The ITI aims at skill development and empowerment of the youth.
Senior BJD leaders and Naveen’s cabinet members Prafulla Samal and Usha Devi too featured in the programme along with Dr. Subroto Bagchi.
